Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026. This is a starter template — have it reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.

These terms govern use of the BrickIQ platform and website. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

BrickIQ provides software that generates property valuation estimates and reports from public and licensed data. Estimates are indicative and for guidance only. They are not a formal valuation, survey, or mortgage valuation, and must not be relied on as investment or financial advice.

2. Accuracy

Valuations depend on third-party data that may be incomplete or out of date. We present the basis of each figure and disclose when a data source is unavailable. We do not warrant that any estimate reflects an achievable sale or rental price.

3. Client accounts

Business clients are responsible for the accuracy of their branding and configuration, for keeping account credentials secure, and for their own compliance obligations to the customers they serve through the tool.

4. Acceptable use

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel in line with your plan terms.

6. Intellectual property

BrickIQ retains all rights in the platform and software. Clients retain rights in their own branding and the leads they collect.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrickIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The service is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
