BrickIQ ("we", "us") provides property valuation software to businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. When BrickIQ operates a valuation tool under a client's brand, that client is the data controller for the enquiries they receive, and BrickIQ acts as a processor on their behalf.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry data — name, email, phone, property address and property details submitted through a valuation or booking form.
Account data — contact and billing details of client businesses using the platform.
Technical data — IP address, device and usage information collected to secure and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To generate valuations and reports requested by a user.
To deliver leads and bookings to the relevant client business.
To operate, secure, support and improve the platform.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

We rely on consent (for marketing communications), contract (to provide the service) and legitimate interests (to secure and improve the platform), in line with UK GDPR.

4. Sharing

We share enquiry data with the client business you contacted. We use trusted processors (for example, hosting, database and email providers) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data sources

Valuations use public and licensed data including HM Land Registry, Postcodes.io, ONS, data.police.uk and OpenStreetMap. These are used to analyse property and area characteristics, not to identify individuals.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights
